Plus Powder
Indications:
This powder, containing vitamin E and Selenium is indicated
for the treatment and prevention of nutritional muscular
dystrophy (white muscle disease, stiff lamb and stiff
calf disease) in calves and lambs, and yellow fat or steatitis
in mink.
Directions
for Use:
Therapeutic dosage for calves:
- Two tablespoonsful (one ounce)
the first day followed by one tablespoonful (1/2 ounce)
daily as required.
Prophylactic dosage for calves:
- Two tablespoonsful (one ounce)
on second day of age. Repeat in about one week. If
calves are to be kept in stable longer than 3 weeks
after the second dosage, give a third dose (one ounce)
one or two weeks before they are let out to pasture.
- OR one tablespoonsful (1/2 ounce) weekly beginning
second day of life for all calves born during the
winter season, until they are let out to pasture.
Lambs:
- One tablespoonsful (1/2 ounce)
on second day of age. Repeat in about one week. If
lambs are to be kept in stable longer than 3 weeks
after the second dosage, give a third dose (1/2 ounce)
one or two weeks before they are let out to pasture.
- OR 1/2 tablespoonsful (1/4 ounce) weekly beginning
second day of life for all lambs born during the winter
season, until they are let out to pasture.
Mink:
- Therapeutic Dose - one teaspoonsful
daily for every 10 animals as necessary.
- Prophylactic Dose - one teaspoonsful daily for every
50 animals as necessary.
Caution:
- Treated animals must not be slaughtered for use
in food for at least 21 days after the latest treatment
with this drug.
- Keep out of the reach of children.

- Glycerine 4L A clear, colorless, syrupy liquid, used as a humectant and as a solvent for drugs
- Copper Sulfate 400G used as a vermicide against small nematode worms, germicide, fungicide, viricide, astringent, antiseptic agent and ophthalmic solution. It is also indicated for urethral infection, ring worm, alopecia and wound treatment (caustics).
- Sulfur Powder 2KG Used as an orchard spray and topically as an ectoparasiticide and antifungal in the treatment of skin diseases. Can cause skin irritation in some animals. Called also calcium sulfide, calcium polysulfide, sulfurated lime.
- Borax Powder 400G used as a herbicide, an insecticide, and a soil sterilant. It is toxic to animals if consumed in moderate to large doses (>0.5 g/kg).
- Citric Acid 400G is a versatile material and can aid in solving solubility problems for a variety of water administered products in poultry, swine, and other livestock.
